In this project, I help develop a platform that allows tracing salmon feed from its composition of materials, processing, transfer, and destination in farming sites.
In this project, we use a SIR model to simulate the spread of a PRRS outbreak under different vaccination schemes. We translate the model results into economic losses and estimate benefits from vaccination.
